What’s inside each gift set?

Each set is thoughtfully curated around a theme - protection, inner magic, or light -and includes a mix of crystals, cleansing tools, and candles. You can find full descriptions on each product page.

Is your sage and palo santo ethically sourced?

Yes. I source all cleansing tools with care and responsibility, ensuring that they are sustainably and ethically harvested.

How should I use the items in my set?

Each gift set has a ‘How to Use’ section in the product description that walks you through a simple, intentional ritual using the items inside. Please feel free to email me for further guidance.

My crystal looks slightly different from the photo - why is that?

Crystals are natural gifts from the earth, so no two will look exactly the same. Variations in shape, color, and size are totally normal - and part of what makes each one unique.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! All of my sets come beautifully packaged, and you can add a custom gift message at checkout (all custom messages are handwritten).

Where do you ship to?

I currently ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please contact me and we’ll see what I can do.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 1 business day for processing. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Can I customise a box?

At the moment, all boxes are pre-curated to keep the energy intentional and cohesive. However, if you would like a customised set for a specific purpose, please drop me a message.

Do you accept returns?

I only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or missing. If something’s not right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. You can read our full Returns Policy below.

I want you to love your order from Coven Collection. However, if something’s not right, I’m here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or something is missing from your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Send me an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. I’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or resolution as appropriate.

Please Note:

  • I do not currently accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defects, or missing items.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Slight variations in crystals or handmade goods are natural and not considered defects.
